It’s incredibly uncomplicated to put together AND customizable to suit your palate – here’s the breakdown:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2x small brie rounds
- 1x Boursin cheese (select your preferred flavor)
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Dried Apricots
- Green beans and/or snap peas
- Cucumbers
- Radishes
- Carrots
- Dill or ranch dip
- Salami or prosciutto
- Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Begin by situating one brie wheel as the central body element of the bunny on a sizable serving or cutting board; position the Boursin cheese on top to represent the ‘head’.
- Utilize the second brie wheel to fashion two oval-shaped bunny ears and two small circular ‘feet’. Position the ears above the Boursin and the ‘feet’ below the other brie.
- Fill the remaining space on the board with an assortment of fresh produce, meats, and a side of dill or ranch dip. Present and relish!
