2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2-3 tbsp roasted gramflour
4 tbsp cashew and almonds (crushed)
fresh coriander
chaat masala for sprinkling
oil/butter for basting
