Cheese Garlic Bread – easy, tasty and most importantly children’s favourite dish. This recipe is prepared with pieces of bread loaf smeared with garlic oil and topped up with yummy cheese. A perfect appetizer or side dish. Check out my way, which is scrumptious and you can call it Pizza Hut style.

Ingredients:
1 Loaf of bread cut into pieces
3-4 Tsbp garlic chopped very fine/crushed
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
Some parsley finely chopped
1/2 Cup any processed chesse (grated)
1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
1/2 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp red chilly flakes
