✴️ cheese Bites✴️
Bringing to you another irresistible and Fun Appetizer or call it after school snack. These bites are so delicious and are bursting with flavors of chatpata spices, chili oil and topped with cheese and cilantro chutney. They are super easy to make and comes together within just few minutes. Let’s see how to make them.
✴️Ingredients✴️
1 cup corn, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped mixed Bell peppers, 2 green chili chopped, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1/4 cup Tandoori Mayonnaise, Salt as per taste, 2 tbsp cilantro chutney, 2 tsp chili oil, 22-25 Naan bites, Shredded Mexican and Mozzarella cheese,2 tsp Oil to sprinkle over Naan bites.

Preheat oven at 380 degree F
In a mixing bowl add corn, onion, bell peppers, green chili, chaat masala, salt, hot sauce and tandoori mayonnaise. Mix well and keep aside.
In a small mixing bowl mix well cilantro chutney and chili oil. keep aside
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the naan bites and sprinkle oil over them.
Sprinkle some Mexican shredded cheese and top the naan bites with corn mixture.
Top it again with more cheese and load it as much as you can.
Bake at 380 degree F for 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Once done take it off the oven and sprinkle the chutney and chili oil mix over it. Serve hot
**If you want you can bake a little extra for making naan bites crunchy but make sure you don’t burn them.
