BEST SUPER BOWL FINGER FOODS | GAME DAY APPETIZERS | 4 PARTY RECIPES | EASY, QUICK & SIMPLE RECIPES

Hey y’all welcome back! While everyone is decorating and getting ready for Valentines Day, my family gets really excited to prep for SUPER BOWL! I packed a quick video with four easy, quick and simple fan favorite game day appetizers. I hope yall enjoy!

**** CRISPY JALAPENO POPPERS ****

10 Jalapeños
1 Block Cream Cheese
5oz Bacon
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
4 tbsp Panko
2 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1. In a medium sized bowl, combine Panko, parmesan, smoked paprika. Place to one side.
2. Fry diced bacon in a pan over medium heat until nice and crispy. When cool enough to handle, combine in a separate bowl with cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese. Place to one side.
3.Grab your jalapeños and slice them vertically, forming two boat-like shapes. Deseed with a teaspoon and begin filling with your cream cheese mixture. You want them filled to just above level height.
4. Flip each boat upside down in to your breadcrumb mixture and gently press so the crumbs attach, forming the crispy layer.
5. Evenly space out on a baking tray and bake for around 20-30 mins at 350F until golden and crispy on top …. ENJOY!!!!

**** JELLY KILBASA ****

2 lbs kielbasa up to 3
12 oz jar chili sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce – use your favorite!
1 cup grape jelly
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

1. Combine chili sauce, barbecue sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in slow cooker and mix to combine
2. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces and place in the prepared slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours or until kielbasa bites are heated through.
Served as an appetizer with sliced cheese and crackers. ENJOY!!!

**** HAWAIIAN HAM AND Swiss rolls ****

1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12 count
18 slices of thin deli ham
12 slices Swiss cheese
1 stick butter
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tbsp Worcesteshire Sauce
1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grab a 9×13 baking pan Spray with cooking spray.
3. Remove rolls from package in one piece.
4. Cut entire slab of rolls in half lengthwise. (You will end up with one slab of “tops” and one slab of “bottoms”.)
5. Place bottom slab in pan.
6. Layer with half of the ham , then the Swiss cheese, then the rest of the ham.
7. Add top slab of rolls.
8. Melt butter in microwave and whisk in remaining ingredients
9. Pour evenly over rolls.
10. Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
11. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
12. Uncover and cook 5 additional minutes.
13. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. ENJOY!!!!

**** BUFFALO CHICKEN EGGROLLS ****

3 Cans Diced chicken or Fresh shredded Chicken breasts – cooked
1 Block Cream cheese, – softened
1 Cup or more of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup or more of Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Sauce or Sauce of your choice
1/2 cup or more Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
Packet of Egg roll wrappers

1. Use a large spoonful of filling and place in the center of the egg roll wrapper.
2. Fold the top corner over the filling and remove as much air as possible.
3. Fold in the left and the right corners, removing as much air as possible.
4. Apply water to the final edge and roll-up.
5. In a large skillet heat vegetable oil.
6. The oil is hot enough when bubbles form around the end of a wooden when placed in the bottom of the pan.
7. Fry on each side for 1 minute or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove from the frying oil and drain on paper towels.
9. Serve with dipping sauce off our choice… ENJOY!!!!

*** note: I have never measured for this recipe so I tried to give the most accurate measurements as I could. Your mixture should be sticky and not watery.
