This cheese ball recipe uses simple ingredients and is even easier to put together. You can make this a SAVORY CHEESE SPREAD or add a touch of your favorite jam or jelly to the top for a SWEET AND SAVORY CHEESE SPREAD. This is the perfect spread for a sandwich or for a game day party dip.

(2) cups grated EXTRA SHARP WHITE CHEDDAR
(1) cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
(3/4) cup chopped pecans
(1) bunch finely chopped green onions
(1) teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more to taste)
