Brie Cups:

divide into mini muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown around the edges
jam:
1 cup frozen berries + 1/4 cup water – heat in a pot over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the jam thickens. Add 2 tablespoons agave nectar (honey or maple syrup) and a couple pinches of sea salt. Stir again and remove from heat.
Place a dollop of jam into each cooked mini crust along with a 1/2 inch cube of brie cheese. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes, optional broil for a couple minutes until the brie melts. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary or thyme leaves.
