Ingredients

Pizza rolls
Puff pastry sheet
Salsa – 4 tbsp per 1 sheet
Slices of ham
Slices of cheese – do not use American cheese
Pigs in a blanket
Puff pastry sheet
Yellow Mustard – 3 tsp per 1 sheet
Wieners or sausages – 8 regular sized per 1 sheet
Mini croissants
Puff pastry sheet
Diced ham
Diced cheese
Herbs of your choice (Italian seasoning, Basil, Garlic, Chilli flakes,….)
Egg wash
Instructions

Pizza rolls
Preheat your oven to 220°C
Spread some salsa on a puff pastry sheet
Add slices of ham and cheese
Leave a 5 cm strip of the pastry
Roll the dough up
Slice into 2cm pieces
Place the rolls on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until browned on top
Pigs in a blanket
Cut wieners into 3 equal pieces
Brush a puff pastry sheet with mustard
Cut the sheet into 2.5cm strips
Optional – crosscut the edges of your wieners
Cut your dough strips into smaller sections
Place your little wieners on a strip of dough and roll up
Bakes for 11 – 13 minutes or until golden on top
Mini croissants
Cut your puff pastry sheet into triangles
Brush the triangles with egg wash
Place small pieces of ham and cheese on the wide end of the triangles
Sprinkle with herbs (I used garlic and Italian seasoning)
Starting from the wide end, roll the triangles up
Brush with egg wash
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden on top
