My first cook on the Blackstone Griddle was an Easy Breakfast consisting of Omelettes, Bacon and Hash Browns. The Blackstone Griddle I have is the 28 inch Blackstone Griddle which has enough room for me, but the 36 inch Griddle seems to be more popular. I don’t ever plan to have this much bacon on the griddle in the future, so the fact that the grease tends to drain towards the back is a plus for me. It is going to take me a while to get into the groove of things on this Griddle, but I do think that everything turned out great. I have had a few requests for an Omelette video on the Blackstone Griddle, so I will be doing a video on that alone without the distraction of any other Breakfast items.
Blackstone Griddle Omelette Ingredients:
* Eggs (with a little whole milk whisked)
* Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
* Ham (diced)
* White Onions (chopped)
* Jalapeno Peppers (chopped)
* Mushrooms (chopped)

If you are looking for a Blackstone Griddle, definitely compare prices. Prices seem to fluctuate quite a bit. I found mine on Amazon for less than going directly to the Blackstone website.
