Rice Dumplings in Chicken Curry :
Rice Dumplings:-
Rice flour – 2 cups
water – 2 cups + 1/4 cup more
salt
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Shallots – 2-3
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Chicken curry-
Chicken – 1 kg
onion – 2 medium sized
Tomato – 2 medium sized
ginger – a small piece
Garlic – 1 whole
Green chilles – 10
Corainder leaves – a handful chopped
curd – 1 cup (170gm)
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
salt
MUTTON MACARONI –
Mutton with bones – 1 kg
Penne Pasta – 500gm
Onion – 2 medium sized
Tomato – 2 medium sized
Tomato paste – 3-4 tbsp
Ginger – a small pieces
Garlic – 1 whole
Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1 – 2 tbsps
salt
turmeric powder – 1 tspCoriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 – 1 tsp
water – 1/2 – 1 cup
