This Sweet Potato Masala Fry is quick and easy to make, and so tangy and tasty that you’ll want to have it for every meal.
Ingredients:
Mustard oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Onion
Sweet potato
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Garam masala
Chaat masala
Method:
Heat mustard oil in a pan.
Add cumin and mustard seeds.
Once they stop spluttering, add the onions.
Saute the onions until they turn golden brown, then add the chopped sweet potatoes.
Now add the powdered masalas–turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala–and season with salt.
Cook the sweet potatoes until done.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top, give it a good stir, then serve hot.
