Healthy Snack/Desserts | Easy Recipes

Hi Everyone! I have been loving these recipes! They are SO easy to make and taste SO good! Please try them out, if you get around to it, and let me know if you do =)

No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites
1 cup Oatmeal (I use Bobs Red mill Gluten Free Oatmeal)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (you may need to add a little more depending whether or not you add any almonds, chocolate, or any other added ingredients. It works best when it’s a little sticky. I use all natural peanut butter)
2 tbsp. Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (substitute for brown sugar)
Chopped Almonds (optional)
Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
Hemp Hearts (optional)
Mix in bowl
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes (this will make it easier to shape them)
Roll into little balls
Refrigerate over night and enjoy!

update: I now use 1 cup of gluten free Meusli by Bob’s Redmill, as a substitute to the oatmeal, in the no bake peanut butter bites. It is so good and nutritious! =)

Recipe using honey…

1 tsp. vanilla extract
Chopped Almonds (optional)

Refrigerate over night and enjoy!

Easy Oatmeal Banana Cookies
1 cup Oatmeal
2 Ripe Bananas
2 tbsp. Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
1/4 cup Chopped Almonds
Dark Chocolate (optional)
Preheat oven for 350 and leave in for 15 minutes

Dressed up Peanut Butter Banana
1 Ripe Banana
Peanut Butter
Chopped Almonds
Refrigerate and Enjoy!

Other ingredient ideas:
Shredded Coconut Flakes
Ground Flax seed
Chia seeds
Dates
Any type of nut
Raw Honey
Agave Nectar
Cinnamon
