The recipe is given Below.
Ingredients:
20gms Butter
10gms Chopped Garlic
20-30gms Capsicum
30gms Boiled Baby corn
40gms Blanched Broccoli
Salt to taste
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
30 gms Sweetcorn/ American corn
80 gms Paneer
Method:
Take a pan, add butter. Let it melt, then add chopped garlic, sauté it a bit.
Now add all the mentioned veggies one by one.
Sauté for some time and add salt and seasonings to the sautéed veggies.
Lastly, add Paneer pieces and toss the salad.
Serve hot and enjoy.
