Sour yogurt – 4 Cups
Gram flour (Besan) – 5 Tablespoons
Water – 6 Cups
Turmeric powder – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt – To taste
For Tadka (for tempering)
Olive oil – 3 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds – 1/2 Teaspoons
Fenugreek leaves (dried) – 1 Tablespoon
Asafoetida – 1/2 Teaspoons
Whole red chillies – 3 – 4 Qty.
Curry leaves – 5 – 6 Qty
Chopped ginger – 1 Tablespoon
Red chili powder (kashmiri) – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
