Hello Friends, Presenting 3 Healthy Indian Breakfast Recipes( ब्रेकफास्ट रेसिपीज) that can be prepared in very less time and can also be great weekend brunches.
💛 Ingredients Used :💛
💛 Corn Dosa :💛
1. Moong Dal – 1 cup
2. Sweet corn – 1 cup
3. Shallots ( small Onions ) – 3 or 4
4. Green Chillies
5. Curry Leaves – 9 to10
6. Ginger – 1 inch
7. Salt
8. Turmeric powder
9. Water – as required for a smooth batter
10. Oil or ghee – for greasing dosas
💛 Dalia Pulao 💛
1. Dalia – 1 cup
2. Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
3. Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1/2 tspoon
4. Mustard seeds – 1/2 tspoon
5. Urid Dal – 1/2 tspoon
6. Onion – 1 medium
7.Ginger – 1 inch
8. Tomato – 1 medium
9. Carrots – 1/2 cup
10. Beans – 1/2 cup
11. Bell Pepper- 1/4 cup
12. Cauliflower – 1/4 cup
13. Water – 2.5 cups
14. Salt
💛 Spinach & Cheese Paratha 💛
1. Atta (Whole Wheat flour) – 2 cups
2. Salt
3. Carrom seeds (Ajwain)- 1/4 tspoon
4. Oil or ghee – 1 spoon
for filling
1. Oil – 1 tspoon
2. Jeera (Cumin Seeds) – 1/2 spoon
3. Ginger – 1/2 inch
4. Green chillies – 1 or 2
5. turmeric powder
6. Spinach – 200 gms
7. Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium
8. Besan ( Gram Flour ) – 1 tablespoon
9. Cheese – 50 gas
10. ghee or oil for greasing Parathas
