Ingredients for Manchurian Balls –
1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped Carrot
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup finely chopped Beans
1/4 cup spring onion leaves
7 tblsps Maida (All purpose Flour)
4 tblsps Cornflour
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Green Chilly Paste
1/8 tsp Chinese Salt (Optional)
2 tsp Water (optional) (only if vegetables are dry)
Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce –
1 tblsp Oil
1 tblsp chopped Garlic
1 tblsp chopped Ginger
2 green Chillies finely chopped (spicy chillies)
2 tblsps Coriander Leaves & stems finely chopped (Dhaniya)
1/4 tsp Chinese Salt
1/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 tblsps Soya Sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tblsps Cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water (cornflour slurry)
1 tsp green Chilly Sauce
1 1/2 tsps Vinegar
Manchurian Balls prepared above
2 tblsps Spring Onion Tops finely chopped
1/4 cup Spring onion leaves
