Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you how to make some healthy breakfast ideas for school and some healthy breakfast recipes for back to school that are easy and yummy. I hope you enjoy these breakfast recipes healthy and breakfast ideas that can help you stay on track, plus they easy breakfast recipes for school!
Parfait Wrap
1/4 cup coconut yogurt or yogurt of choice
2 tbs chia seed jam or jam go choice ( for jam i made smash 2 tbs fresh or frozen raspberries with 1 tsp of chia seeds)
1/4 cup granola
gluten free wrap or sprouted or whole wheat
Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
1/2 cup almond butter
1 banana mashed (about 1/2 cup) or applesauce
1 egg of 1 flax egg (3tbs water to 1tbs flaxseed meal)
scant 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup if vegan (scant means a little less)
1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 baking powder (I forgot to show this in the clips but please add it! lol)
1 cup shredded zucchini with excess water squeezed out
375F for 25 minutes or until toothpick some out clean
Egg Muffins
3/4 cup shredded sweet potato squeezed of excess water
4 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
375F for 12-15 minutes
