Kris Gethin shows us a quick and easy way to get a protein packed lunch or meal with his open face tuna melt!
1. Toast one piece of bread
2. Fry one egg
3. Place the can of tuna on the toasted bread
4. Melt low fat or fat free cheese on the tuna and melt
5. Place the fried egg on top of the melted cheese
6. Place tomatoes on top of the fried egg
7. Enjoy with Ketchup if you would like
