Things You Need:
Garlic – 1 pod
Mashed boiled potatoes – 2
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Chili Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
Onions
Cabbage
Grated cheese
Method:
– In a pan, add some oil
– Mix the garlic, mashed boiled potatoes, chaat masala, chili powder, salt, pepper and coriander leaves together.
– Take off heat
– Roll to make small cutlets
– Add oil to a pan.
– Heat the maida roti on both sides
– Take off heat
– Spread some chili sauce on the roti
– Keep 1-2 cutlets in the center and add drizzle some vinegar on top
– Top the cutlets with onions, cabbage and grated cheese
