Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped vegetables(capsicum,cabbage,carrots,spring onion whites)
2 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
1-2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
pepper to season
water as required
oil for frying
SAUCE:
1/4 cup spring onion chopped (whites & greens)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
1 tsp brown sugar
salt as required
1 tbsp oil
