soup with fresh tomatoes. This recipe is perfect for our transition into fall. It is simple and easy to prepare AND it is vegan : )
Tomato Soup Ingredients:
– Fresh tomatoes (enough to cover a baking pan)
– balsamic vinegar
– olive oil
– salt + pepper
– 1 and 1/2 cups vegetable broth
– red onion
– two large garlic cloves
– 2 Tbs. flour
– Basil
