Learn how to make Tomato Bhaji – a quick and easy to me sabzi recipe at home from our chef Archana. This is a simple recipe for beginners & bachelors as it requires limited ingredients and less cooking time.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli
2 Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
4 Tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Method:
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Add coriander leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute everything.
– Add chopped onions & butter. Mix everything well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook for 2 minutes.
– Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well.
– Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
– Tomato bhaji is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve.
