The SIMPLEST 10-Minute Vegan Recipes!

Today, I’m unveiling a trio of my go-to recipes that are a breeze to prepare when you’re short on time or simply not in the mood for an elaborate cooking session. These dishes are straightforward, vegan, derived from plants, devoid of oil, and scrumptious. They’re perfect for both lunch and dinner. Enjoy preparing them!

When it comes to these swift 10-minute meals free from oil and vegan, don’t fuss over precise measurements; just toss in as you please. I prefer to eschew “recipes” in favor of simplicity and speed.

Potato dish –
Yukon gold potatoes
steamed or raw broccoli
oil-free hummus (Catch My DIY OIL-FREE Hummus recipe:

Peas, Rice and Shredded Carrots – quite self-explanatory
Splash a bit of low-sodium soy sauce and sprinkle over some tahini.

Baked Chickpeas:
1 can chickpeas, washed and emptied
veggies (my preference is spinach or butter lettuce)
Garlic and Onion powder, Smoked paprika to flavor.
Garlic dressing with a creamy twist:
1 TBSP garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 TBSP tomato concentrate
1/4 C maple syrup
4 TBSP tahini (don’t stress the fats; you’ll use sparingly)
2 TBSP white miso paste
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C water (optional, depending on your preferred dressing consistency)
– Blend it all in a mixer and savor!
