Paneer, Aloo, Matar absolutely vegetarian recipe, which can be Bumba bumba with roti or rice 

Paneer Matar Aloo


Paneer- 200g
Green peas – 1 cup
Potatoes- 1 cup(boiled)
Oil – 1 tb spn
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped- 1
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Green chillies- 3
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – Pinch
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Coconut- Poppy seed paste – 1 tb spn
Tomatoes purée- 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – To Taste
Sugar- Pinch


In a pan add oil, mustard, cumin, onions, curry leaves, salt and sauté it. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, coconut – poppy seeds paste and let it cook till oil oozes out from it. Then add tomato purée, water and cook it till desired consistency. In the last add Green Peas, Boiled Potatoes, Paneer cubes and simmer for 3-4 minutes. In the last adjust salt add pinch of sugar and serve it with Poori or Pulkas
