Recipes:
SABLE BERRY BURGER
15 oz ebony legumes, 1 tin, rinsed and drained
½ mug canned grilled red pepper, finely diced
1 mug crisp broccoli, minced
½ mug red shallot, minced
1-2 cloves charred garlic
¼ tsp red pepper
½ tsp seasoning
1 tsp salt
¾ -1 mug flour or cornmeal (or more if the mixture is still too moist – if cornmeal is used)
¼ mug dietary yeast
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Tomato paste

FUNGUS LENTIL PATTY by Rachel!
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp aqua
3 tbsp olive oil, split
8 oz fungi, finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp seasoning
1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 minor onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ cups lentils, boiled
1 cup oats

YAM and IVORY PEA PATTY
1 median yam, grilled and peeled
15 oz ivory legumes, or marine legumes, rinsed and drained
1 petite yellow shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder or charred garlic
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground dark pepper, to taste
⅓ mug nutritional yeast
1 tsp red pepper flakes
⅓ mug fresh parsley, finely diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¾ mug oats (I finely crushed mine, but you may decide otherwise!) add more for a firmer texture.
canola oil, as necessary

GIANT MUSHROOM PATTY
4 enormous portobello fungi
Extra-virgin olive oil, for a drizzle
Balsamic vinegar, for a drizzle
reduced-sodium soy sauce, for a drizzle
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
