[INGREDIENTS]
Plain flour 250g
Corn starch 20g
Baking powder 10g
Vegetarian oyster sauce 25g
Carrot 50g
Longbeans 50g
Spring onion 15g
Water 200ml
Cooking oil 10ml
Salt 10g
[METHODS]
1. Mix well all the ingredient above in a good consistency as shown in the video.
2. Heat the oil and deep fried them in shall bite size.
