INGREDIENTS
1 12oz box of Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
6 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
1 1/2 Cups of Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of Yellow Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Sweet Relish
1/4 Cup of Red Onion (Chopped)
2 Stalks of Celery Chopped (should = 1/4 Cup)
1/4 Cup of Matchstick carrots (Shredded Carrots)
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water and add pasta, boil for about 9 minutes until tender, drain and rinse under cold water until pasta is cool. In large bowl, mix Mayonnaise, and mustard together blending well, add Onion powder, Garlic powder, and Salt, then add Onion, Celery and Black Pepper, mix well. Then add Sugar, blend until combined, add carrots, eggs, and Relish, blending well. Add Rotini pasta stirring to combine, then add the Ground Red Pepper and Paprika, blending well. The pasta salad should be complete, transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Paprika on top for garnish. Refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!
