9 ounces (250 grams) pasta spirals, twists, macaroni, etc.
1 can (15-oz) (240 grams) white kidney beans or garbanzo beans, cleaned
2 cups (300 grams) crimson bell pepper chopped
1 heaping cup (150 grams) zucchini chopped
½ cup (100 grams) corn canned
½ cup (60 grams) olives cut
1 shallot or red onion, sliced
1 stick celery diced
½ cup (60 grams) pickles diced
3 tablespoons parsley finely minced
2 tablespoons dill finely minced
¾ cup (160 grams) plant-based mayo or traditional mayo
½ lemon juice and grated zest
¾ teaspoon salt or more according to your preference
