2 pounds (1 kg) of potatoes, boiled, peeled, and diced into bite-sized pieces
2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
1 cup (120 grams) of radishes, thinly sliced
1 chopped red onion
½ cup (60 grams) of pickles
DRESSING
3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh dill
½ cup (125 grams) of vegan mayonnaise or traditional mayonnaise
