1 kg spinach (palak)
1/2 kg chicken
1 cup fresh curd
coriander leaves
2 to 3 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized sliced onion
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 tbsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp crushed red chili
a pinch of whole spice powder
3 litre water
1/2 cup cooking oil
Directions
_ Boil water in a deep pot n add spinach n bring to boil .
_ Just for 2 min let the spinach in boiled water .
_ Then take it out n drain excess water.Set aside.
_ Add oil to pan with cumin seeds n fry for a while.
_ Add onion now n let them soute.
_ Now add ginger garlic paste n fry for a minute.
_ Add now chicken n fry for 3 to 4 minute on medium flame.
_ Add tomatoes n let them soft.
_ Add all said spices n mix them well.
_ Add curd now n cook for 3 to 4 min on medium heat.
_ Now chicken is ready , add boiled spinach n cook it until spinach water is dried.
_ Add fresh coriander leaves n green chilies n simmer for a min.
_ Palak gosht is reay to serve.
