Ingredients :
Paste :
1 Cup – Corainder Chopped
2 Pcs – Ginger
7-8 no – Garlic
4 no – Green Chilli
add Water make a Paste in Mixture Grinder
Take a Pan and add
5 tbsp – Oil
1 tsp – Cumin
1/2 tsp – Asafoetida
4 tbsp – Besan
Roast till light golden
1 Bunch – Methi Chopped
Cook for 5 min
add above paste and mix very well
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Mix Properly
3 tbsp – Fresh Malai
1/4 Cup – Paneer Grated
Mix Properly and Serve with Grated Paneer
