Recipe Of Greek Salad
1. In a large bowl, take chopped iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices, boiled corn kernels, shredded red cabbage, chopped red, green and yellow bell pepper, sliced carrot, shredded spring onion and chopped parsley. Mix.
2. In another bowl, take 2 tsp olive oil, add 2tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp minced garlic, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander, 3/4 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano and salt to taste. Mix well.
3. Mix the dressing and chopped vegetables and your salad is ready.
