This dish is so tasty that I prepare it nearly every weekend! Here’s a straightforward recipe for broccoli.
**Ingredients and Instructions:**
– 250g broccoli
– Hot water
– Soak the broccoli in hot water for 5 minutes
– After 5 minutes, drain the water
– Chop the broccoli into small pieces and place in a bowl
– 3 eggs
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Whisk the eggs using a fork
– Pour the beaten eggs over the broccoli
– 20g green onion
– Chop the green onion and add it to the broccoli
– Dice 1/2 onion
– 20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
– Add salt and black pepper
– Combine all ingredients thoroughly
– Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat
– Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly
– Fry for 3-5 minutes
– Carefully flip the mixture using a plate
– Cook for another 2 minutes, adding a bit more olive oil if necessary
– Finished!
