Hi,
Welcome to my channel and today i am gonna tell you how to easily make SAUTE VEGETABLES for steaks, grilled chicken, morocco chicken, grilled meats and for many many other main dishes.
This aromatic vegetable are just suitable with anything at anytime AND it could be a perfect choice for vegetable lovers.
INGREDEINTS:
FOR BOILING / BLANCHING:
250 – 200 grams of Vegetables of Your Choice
600 – 700 ml Water
1 tea spoon of SALT
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTE:
1 table spoon Cooking / Olive Oil
1 tea spoon freshly chopped Garlic
pinch or two of Crushed Black Pepper
SALT to your taste
1/2 teaspoon of Dried Oregano
METHOD:
For Blanching / Boiling:
Add 1 teaspoon of SALT in boiling water and add your veggies and boil for required time to achieve 80% done. (Different vegetable will take different boiling time as some vegetable are soft already and some take little more time).
For SAUTE:
Take 1 tbsp of Cooking / Olive Oil, add garlic and Salt then fry for 10 – 15 seconds on medium flame then add your boiled vegetables and stir fry for 20 – 25 seconds on high flame then add crushed black pepper and dried oregano, toss well and your SAUTE VEGETABLE are ready to serve. ENJOY !!!
