Hello all! Today, I’m going to craft a basic Pesto Pasta dish for one person.
50 grams of fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti.
1 large garlic clove (finely chopped)
5 grams of cashew nuts (finely chopped)
5 grams of fresh basil (finely chopped)
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of butter
ground pepper
Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Cook the pasta until it is al dente or follow the directions on the package.
Warm up a skillet on low heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic, chopped cashews, and basil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about a minute. Then, add the boiled pasta, make sure it’s nicely coated, and transfer it onto a plate. Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
