I’ve always loved Garlic Mushrooms and Onions. It’s very meaty and tasty; especially the way I do it. The best part is, there are several different ways to use this recipe; as a side dish or over steak. But I take it a step further and turn it into a Mushroom and Swiss over Garlic bread.
