This easy butternut squash recipe tastes amazing, and can be used as a main dish or side dish! You can pair it with some greens, and quinoa as well! This dish contains no oil or salts.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups butternut squash (diced)
1 tsp. cilantro
1 tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 F.
