BLW Meal Prep Idea: Chicken Balls for Main Meal or Snack

Recipe:
500g chicken mince
1 courgette (zucchini)
1 carrot teaspoon of garlic
optional: breadcrumbs
• mix or blend all ingredients together to form a thick sticky paste
• form balls and place onto baking or non stick paper
• cook in the oven for 25 minutes 200c (or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through)
