Use the same recipe just after adding the oil and butter add 2-3 tbsp vermicelli or orzo pasta and brown. Than continue with the recipe
✅Sambalı Dessert: (In this video i made a similar version of this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN-mZ355mho )
Here is the ingredients for this version: (1 cup is 250ml )
1 cup sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 cup flour
2+1/2 cups semolina
1/2 tsp baking soda
For the syrup
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 tsp lemon juice
Butter to grease the pan
My pan size was 25 X 25 cm
