1 RIPE banana
1 cup oats
2 helpings collagen/ or 1 measure protein powder (or simply incorporate extra oats)
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
a dash of salt
chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 16 minutes in a loaf pan (20-22 minutes if you increase the batch size)
