I constantly indulge in snacks! That’s why I always ensure to have accessible healthy choices. These protein bars come with a topping of non-dairy chocolate and cookie sans gluten, making them both gluten-free and entirely plant-based.

Check out the straightforward recipe:

  1. 1 1/4 cup oat flour
  2. 1/2 cup almond butter
  3. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  4. 1 scoop protein powder – chocolate or vanilla (optional)
  5. 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
  6. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  9. 1/3 cup gluten-free vegan vanilla cookie
  10. 1/8 cup chopped walnuts (can be omitted)
