1 cup Paneer (About 200 g )
3/4 cup Hung Curd (Make sure it is dry)
1/4 cup Bell Peppers
1/4 cup Grated Carrot
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Salt, Pepper, Chilli Flakes & a little Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Roasted Besan

– Make sure dahi has been hung well.
– Apply some oil on your palms while shaping the kebabs
– Cook on medium flame, we just want to brown it on both sides
