1st Recipe
**Components:**
_Batter Mixture:_
– 1 cup semolina (suji)
– 2 tbsp curd (yogurt)
– 2 tsp coconut oil
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– Season with rock salt (as needed)
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp baking soda

_Filling Blend:_
– 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 2 tbsp diced onion
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– Mixed veggies (like cauliflower, carrot, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushroom), diced (approx. 3 tbsp)
– 2 tbsp crushed paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
– Cheese, grated (as topping)
– Fresh coriander sprigs, chopped (as embellishment)
– Pumpkin seeds (as ornament)

2nd Recipe

**Components:**
– 1/2 cup semolina
– 1/2 cup curd
– 1/2 cup water
– Minced veggies: 2 tbsp each (carrot, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and green chili)
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt (or adjusted to taste)
– A sprinkling of coriander leaves
– 1 tsp coconut oil
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp water
