all-purpose flour 200g
salt 1.5g/¼tsp
lukewarm water 120ml
olive oil 15ml/1tbsp
banana 4
white sugar (optional)

1.5g salt
Blend thoroughly
120ml lukewarm water
15ml olive oil
Work the dough
Cover up and let it sit for 20 minutes
Post 20 minutes
Divide into 4 portions
Mold each part into a sphere
A dash of oil
Coat the dough with oil and position in the receptacle
Repeat
Cover up and let it sit for at least 2 hours
Post 2 hours
Pour some oil on a kneading board
Extract a portion of dough
Flatten out the dough
Further flatten out the dough with a rolling pin
Extend the perimeters of the dough
Trim the edges to straighten the perimeters
4 ready bananas
Slice the bananas
Arranged the banana slices on the dough
Envelop the banana slices within the dough
Olive oil or butter
Position in the frying pan
Slather some oil on the dough
Flip over once the initial side attains a golden hue
Continue to sauté until both sides turn golden brown
Fini!
Sprinkle some white sugar (optional)
Replicate the identical sequence
