📌Red Velvet Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Icing:
-1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
-1 small box Instant Cheesecake Pudding mix
-1 Cup Sour Cream
-3/4 Cup Oil
-1/2 Cup Milk
-4 Eggs
-1 Cup Cream Cheese baking chips (can also use semi sweet, white or Omit)
***In a large bowl, combine cake mix, instant pudding, sour cream, oil, milk and eggs. Mix until well combined. Fold in Cream cheese baking chips (or baking chips of choice). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Top should be springy to the touch and toothpick inserted should come out mostly clean.
OPTIONAL: Cream Cheese Frosting:
-1/4 Cup Butter, softened
-8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
-1/4 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Vanilla
-3 Cups Powdered Sugar
***Cream together butter, cream cheese, salt and vanilla. add powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix until smooth and creamy. Pipe or spread onto cake. ENJOY!
📌Gingerbread Butter Bars:
NOTE: i added 1/4 tsp ground ginger to the bottom layer.
📌Old-Fashioned Chocolate Pie:
⭐Makes 2 shallow pies.
-2 Cups Granulated Sugar
-1 can large Sweetened Condensed Milk
-1 can large Evaporated Milk
-3 Tbsp Cornstarch
-3 Egg Yolks
-4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
-1 tsp Vanilla
-4 Tbsp Butter
-2oz Finely Chopped Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
📌Mandarin Orange Dessert:
⭐Makes a 9×13 dessert (i cut recipe in video in half)
-Graham Cracker Crust:
-2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
-1/3 Cup Sugar
-1 stick Butter, melted
-1 (12oz) container of Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (use all 12oz.)
-1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-16oz tub Whipped Topping
-2 to 3 (15oz) cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
***Directions: In a med. size bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 dish. In a separate large bowl, combine Frozen Orange Juice and Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in a whole 16oz tub of whipped topping. Then add 2 to 3 cans (i like 3) of DRAINED Mandarin Oranges. Gently Fold together and pour mixture over graham cracker crust. Chill for atleast 6 hours or OVERNIGHT (is even better). Serve and ENJOY!
📌Hot Chocolate Poke Cake:
-1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared and baked according to package directions
-1 (7oz) Container of Marshmallow Fluff
-2 Tbsp water
-1 Jar Hersheys Hot Fudge Sauce
-2 envelopes of Hot Chocolate Mix
-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream or Milk
-8oz Container of Whipped Topping
-2 to 3 Cups Mini Marshmallows
