Ingredients (4 Servings)
– 800g Cubed Chicken Breast
– 2 tsp Oregano
– 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
– 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
– 40ml Light Soy Sauce
– 45g Corn Flour / Corn Starch
– 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
Crispy Fries
– 800g Uncooked Potatoes cut into fries
– Season with Salt & Pepper
– Oregano
– Paprika
– Garlic Powder
– (Optional) 2 tsp Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
[Oven bake at 200C for 20 mins or Air Fry at 200C for 18mins]
Dynamite Sauce
– 60g Light Mayo (Brand: Hellmans)
– 25g Chilli Garlic Sauce (Brand: Lee Kum Kee)
– 15-20g Sriracha
– 30g Reduced Sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce (Brand: Asda)
– 1/4 Lemon Juice
Garnish
– Green Onion
– Sesame Seeds

Important Cooking Notes
– When coating the chicken with corn flour, make sure it’s thoroughly coated to get the best crispy results
– If you want to lower calories then you can just leave the cornflour out! Chicken will still taste amazing!
– If you’re using an air fryer you don’t need olive oil. You can just use cooking spray to save calories and make sure you don’t over season the fries
– Make the dynamite sauce in batches so you can store in the fridge. You can sub the chilli garlic sauce with some chilli flakes and garlic powder
