KFC Style Southern Fried Chicken is a very popular recipe!

Fried chicken is chicken pieces which have been floured or battered and then pan-fried, deep fried, or pressure fried. The breading adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior.
it’s really more’ish and addictive, juicy meat (on the bone for maximum flavour) wrapped in a seasoned crisp, salty crust is always going to be popular with your family.
Ingredients:
1 Chicken cut into 8 pieces
Half a cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Chapati Flour
1 Egg
Half Teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Half Teaspoon Paprika
Half Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Spicy Chicken Coating (Shop bought for convenience, but its also easy to make at home, if you’d like a recipe, let me know in the comments below.
