Cheesy Hashbrowns:
– 32oz Bag Frozen Diced Potatoes
– 8 Slices of American Cheese
– 12oz Cottage Cheese
– 1 Pint (16oz) of Half and Half
– 1 Stick of Butter
– Salt & Pepper to your preference
Put the entire bag of frozen diced potatoes into a 9×13 casserole dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small pot or saucepan. Stir occasionally over low heat until smooth.
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour.
