A glimpse into the morning meal of this nutritionist

The morning offering for my healthy and delightful oats!

As someone who encounters difficulty in preparing breakfast each day, overnight oats are one of the simplest ways for me to have a fulfilling and flavorful meal! I’ve experimented with numerous overnight oats recipes, but this one is among my top preferences.

Typically, overnight oats are prepared in a mason jar, however, I encountered challenges in mingling the ingredients, particularly when using my petite mason jar. Ever since I started preparing my overnight oats in my snack box, I never looked back! Not only is it convenient to carry around, but it’s also simpler to blend and saves me time in the morning as it enables me to keep toppings in the same container, yet separately from the oats. *You can find the snack container on my Amazon store*

– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 3/4-1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred type of milk!)
– Cinnamon

– Chopped apples
– Diced pecans
– Drizzle of maple syrup
