3 Nourish Breakfast Recipes for Suhoor | Ramadan Recipes 2025 |

Hi! I hope you are all doing amazing this week! Ramadan is here and I wanted to share these easy breakfast meal prep recipes that efficient enough to keep you full and be able to prep ahead of time. 00:00-1:40: Intro
1:40-4:38: Chia Seed Pudding with Date Granola
4:30-5:22-Fruit Chaat
5:23-8:04: Fluffy Bacon Egg and Cheese

#Recipe #1 Italian Tomato Eggs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of onions
2-3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of parmasean cheese
2-3 tablespoons of basil
5-6 eggs
Sujuk

1. In a pan, sautee your sujuk on both sides till it’s golden brown. Remove the sujuk
2. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil.
3. Add the tomato sauce, seasonings, parmasean cheese, and basil and cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Add the sujuk back in and form some spaces for the eggs
5. Crack the eggs within the spaces.
6. Add 1/4 cup of water and steam the eggs for a minute on low heat.
7. Top off with basil and serve with sourdough or your favorite bread

#Recipe #2: Chia Seed Pudding with Date Cardamom Granola

Granola:
2 cups of oats
5 dates
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons of cardamom

Chia seed pudding:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of almond milk

1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
2. Chop your dates and nuts
3. In a bowl, combine the oats, dates, nuts, salt, maple syrup, and spices.
4. In a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out the granola mixture as an even layer.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, mixing half way through.
6. In a ramekin or containers, mix the chia seeds, honey, and milk.
7. Refrigerate the chia seed pudding overnight or a minimum of 4 hours
8. Top with granola or store in a container.

Fruit Chaat:
Ingredients:
* 1/2 Cup of Strawberries
* 1 Banana
* 1/2 an Apple
* 1 Kiwi
* 1/2 Mango
* 1/4 cup of Mint
* 1/4 Teaspoons of Black Salt
* 1/
* 1 Teaspoon of Fruit Chaat Mix (i used pre-made from shan) but if you dont have that, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of amchur (mango powder, 1/2 teaspoons of cumin powder, 1/2 pomegrante seed powder)

Recipe #3: Fluffy Beef Bacon, Egg, and Cheese

2 Eggs
⅓ Cup of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
¼ Cup of Cheddar Cheese 
¼ Cup of Monterey Jack Cheese
¼ Cup of Scallions
2 Cup of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Sriracha 
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
Beef Bacon

1. Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees F
2. In a food processor, blend the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, black pepper, and all the cheeses till smooth.
3. Strain and pour into an oven safe small baking dish
4. Add the scallions on top
5. Place the eggs onto a baking tray and pour in hot water till it reaches 1 inch on the bottom of the dish.
6. Bake for one hour
7. Meanwhile make your sauce and you can store this in the fridge for upto a week.
8. Prepare your beef bacon till golden brown
9. Assemble the sandwich and store in the fridge for use

*If you’re left with chunks of cheese after straining in the egg mixture, blend more with about 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk to make sure it’s smooth
